At Izadora, we value your trust and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Return Eligibility
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including intact packaging and tags.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Prior authorization is required; returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
- Cosmetic creams and other hygiene-related products are non-returnable in accordance with Egyptian health and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Discovery Sets are non-returnable as they are created as sampling kits and are considered final sale.
3. Requesting a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at admin@izadoraofficial.com, providing your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and notify you by email if the item qualifies for return.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, and eligibility is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund.
- Refunds are issued either via Bank transfer or E-Wallet Transfer, based on your preference.
- Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive the returned item for the refund to be completed.
5. Communication & Confirmation
- All returns require prior approval, which will be confirmed via email.
- Your request must include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.
- Only items confirmed as eligible through email authorization will be accepted for return
